Cuba thanks donation from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Havana, March 25 (RHC) Cuban authorities thanked this Monday for the donation made by the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines of 235 metric tons of flour.

Cuban ambassador Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, foreign minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Keysal Peters, and the general director of the Eastern Caribbean Group of Companies, Robert Cato, said goodbye to the ship that will transport the important donation to the port of Mariel.

The cargo will contribute to alleviating the effects of the intensified economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States Government, which generates a deficit in the food sector. (Source: PL)
