Havana, May 6 (RHC)-- Cuba is gearing up to host the 7th Summit of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) from June 2nd through the 4th.

According to the website of the Cuban Foreign Ministry the event will see the participation of high-ranking delegations from the 25 member states of the ACS, representatives from the organization's seven associate states, and from 21 other countries.  Eight international organizations will attend as observers.

The Cuban Foreign Ministry said that the Caribbean leaders are expected to approve a Declaration and Action Plan to consolidate the reforms process begun in 2013.
