The Colombian team won the Junior Pan American Judo Cup that will continue today in Santo Domingo's Parque del Este, followed by the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.

Havana, September 10 (RHC)-- The Colombian team won the Junior Pan American Judo Cup that will continue today in Santo Domingo's Parque del Este, followed by the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.

The Colombians won four gold medals and one silver medal, the Venezuelans three gold medals as well as the hosts.

Likewise, the Cuban delegation reached fourth place with gold in the +100 kilograms division for Omar Cruz and silver medals in -70 for Idelannis Gómez and in -66 for Kimy Bravo.

This Saturday, the Cadets will compete and the Senior Pan American Open will begin, which will award points for the Pan American Games in Chile in 2023 and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
