
France, Third in UEFA Nations League
Berlin, Jun 8 (PL) Today, France beat Germany two goals to nil to win third place in the European Football Association (UEFA) Nations League.
In the German city of Stuttgart, the visitors took the lead thanks to a goal from striker Kylian Mbappe (45+1).
In the second half, the French maintained their dominance and extended the lead through Michael Olise (84th minute).
The highlight of the day is the final between Portugal and Spain at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Both teams are going for their second title in this competition, after being crowned in 2019 and 2023.
