Venezuelan president highlights the strengthening of strategic alliances during international tour

Caracas, June 21 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has ratified his commitment to strengthen alliances in the areas of hydrocarbons, food, science and technology, education, health, transportation and communications with the countries of Türkiye, Algeria, Iran, Kuwait, Qatar and Azerbaijan.

The commitment to scientific, technological, health and education development was one of the results of the tour of these countries, where the President highlighted the willingness of these countries to cooperate with Venezuela.

"The cooperation translates into results for economic and scientific development in Venezuela. Cooperation in mobility, technology, health and education", said the Head of State.

On the other hand, the Venezuelan head of state recognized Türkiye as one of the most important emerging powers, while the president also highlighted Iran's technological development and its capacity as a space power.

The Bolivarian president recognized Iran's own development and autonomy in science and technology, and reflected on the role of youth in the proliferation of these branches.

Regarding respect for the nation, the President said "there is a worldwide perception of the achievements of the Venezuelan people, of progress, of recovery, this is how the world's leaders see it."

The head of state expressed his support and absolute solidarity to the cause of the independence of the Saharawi Arab people and the right to independence of the territories of the Palestinian people.  "The Palestinian cause is a sacred cause."

Similarly, President Maduro stated that he will develop trade with Qatar and announced that in October direct flights will be established between Caracas and Doha, the capital of the Persian Gulf country.

On the other hand, the President announced on Monday the creation of the Vice-Presidency of Science, Technology and Health under the coordination of Minister Gabriela Jiménez, based on the balance of his visit to several countries of Eurasia and North Africa.

Likewise, the dignitary proposed to the sectorial vice presidents Tareck El Aissami and Gabriela Jiménez to design, start and install in Venezuela a Technological Industrial Development Park in coordination with Iran for the topics of health, education and the 18 Productive Engines".
