Cuban Embassy in Georgetown, Guyana.
Havana, Apr 1 (RHC)-- The Cuban embassy in Guyana denied reports of alleged support for a charter flight to take people from Cuba to Georgetown.
In a statement on Thursday, the diplomatic mission refers to telephone calls received about the alleged organization of a trip from Havana, specifically for the transfer of those who need to make visa procedures at the U.S. embassy.
The Cuban embassy pointed out that flights between both countries have been suspended due to the epidemiological situation created by Covid-19, which was timely disclosed by the Cuban civil aeronautics authorities.
