Havana, Oct 28 (Web Network) New evidence of the cultural and ideological war on the Internet that enemies inside and outside Cuba carry out in an attempt to destabilize the revolutionary government was revealed and denounced Thursday during a special program of Razones de Cuba, broadcast on local television.

The program revealed the actions of El Toque, a pressing project aimed at young Cuban intellectuals, communicators, and creators in general, financed from abroad, mainly through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

The purpose of this digital platform is to generate discontent in the population, manipulate the communicational narrative and provoke a social explosion in the country.

In the TV program, the president of the Union of Journalists of Cuba, Ricardo Ronquillo Bello referred to the Cuban press model, the current challenges, how the U.S. is leading the war, and what is the strategy of the media ecosystem against the largest Antillean Island.

"In Cuba, we are seeing that they have involved in these media, young boys who may be dragged by a campaign of idealization of the bourgeois and capitalist press model," he said.
