Santo Domingo, Dec 20 (RHC) The third expedition carried out by the MSMEs EvexconSLR with new economic actors of the Cuban society together with Dominican companies took place this Monday.

At the meeting, representatives of more than 40 Cuban companies and 10 Dominican businesses exchanged views on topics such as the opening of personal and business bank accounts, and the payment of taxes in the country, a topic of interest to all those who advocate the possibility of expanding their businesses outside the island.

They presented the steps forward that have been taken with the Cuban import of products, raw materials, and supplies, as a result of the first event held last June in Punta Cana.

In this sense, Mr. Fernando Poul León, vice-president of SEA CANA CARGO LINE, the company in charge of transporting goods to Cuba every 15 days, explained the development of the activity from its beginnings to date.

Alfonso Larrea, Sole Organizer of EvexconSRL explained that a path was opened to develop our MSMEs together with entrepreneurs from the Dominican Republic.

Since its creation, the mission of the Cuban company EvexconSRL has been the creation, design, organization, and integral management of its events of a social, recreational, cultural, commercial, and business nature.
