Livan Moinelo
Havana, May 6 (RHC) On Tuesday, Cuban Liván Moinelo added his third victory of the campaign, in the 10x0 victory of the SoftBank Falcons over the Seibu Lions, in the Japanese Professional Baseball League 2025.
At the Belluna Dome, in Tokorozawa, the fast left-hander from Pinar del Río allowed only one single without runs in seven solid innings, with pitches that reached 94 miles.
In addition, he struck out six opponents and did not give out tickets in the game, to improve his record to 3-0 and his effectiveness to 1.60 WHIP, a figure that reaffirms him as the sixth best in that category in the Pacific League.
So far, Moinelo has started six games and has a plausible four quality starts. In 39.1 innings of work, he has allowed 23 hits, including three homers.
He has scored just seven clean runs, has 42 strikeouts, and seven walks.
