Havana, July 24 (RHC) - The Cuban team ended the second and final part of its boxing match against the club from the Chinese province of Guizhou with two wins and three losses.

The positive results were achieved by Central American bronze medalist Jorge Cuéllar (71 kg) and Yoana Rodríguez (75 kg), who defeated Shapaer Mubaixier and Abiliken Xiaheidan, respectively, by a score of 5-0.

Information from the venue indicates that Deily Sterling (54 kg) and Meliza Millares (66 kg) suffered similar defeats, falling to Guiyin Feng and Yang Chengyu.

The other loss was suffered by Ernesto Comas, 2-3, but the report does not specify the name of the opponent in the last-minute match, due to the indisposition that prevented world runner-up Saidel Horta (57 kg) from taking to the mat.

Horta won the day before at the start of the match between the two teams, on a day that was also successful for Arianne Imbert (66 kg) but unsuccessful for Comas and Dinaybi de las Nieves Borges (50 kg).

Horta, Cuéllar, and Nelson Williams (92 kg) had previously won titles in the city's traditional open tournament, with Imbert and Yaira Rodríguez (75 kg) taking bronze.
