New Delhi, May 23 (RHC)-- Cyclone Amphan has battered East India and Bangladesh, killing at least 80 people, destroying thousands of homes and leaving millions without power.

Amphan is the strongest cyclone to hit the region in over two decades.  The storm unleashed heavy winds and rain on Cox’s Bazar, the world’s largest refugee camp that is home to one million Rohingya refugees living in crowded and often unsanitary conditions.
