Havana, January 25 (RHC)--Argentinian President Cristina Fernandez has arrived in Havana to attend the upcoming 2nd Summit of Latin American and Caribbean States.
Coming in Friday evening at Havana's Jose Marti International Airport, the Argentinian leader was the first head of state to arrive for the CELAC Summit.
