Havana, November 2 (RHC)-- Cuban President Raúl Castro has sent a message of condolence to Vietnamese leaders and people on the loss of lives caused by recent floods and subsequent landslides in the Asian country.
In the message addressed to the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong, President Tran Dai Quang, and the country's Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, the Cuban head of state extended the Cuban people's condolences to the families of the victims.
The Cuban president also reiterated the island's full support and solidarity with Vietnam.
