Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel.

Havana, February 28 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel condemned the counterrevolutionary provocation held on Wednesday in front of the Ministry of Culture to obstruct the dialogue between institutions and creators.

"He is not honest who hides behind art to provoke and besiege institutions and public officials while the nation fights hand in hand against the blockade, the pandemic and death," tweeted Diaz-Canel.

He added that the ministries are not media platforms. They work hard there.

The Ministry of Culture issued a statement ratifying its willingness to dialogue with honest creators on any issue related to the Cuban Revolution's cultural policy but reiterated that it will not accept provocations and will not talk with those who receive money for their activities.
