Lagos, September 23 (RHC)-- In Nigeria, gunmen suspected of belonging to the militant group Boko Haram attacked a teacher training college in the city of Kano, killing 15 people.
It is at least the second major tragedy in Nigeria in less than a week, after a church guest house collapsed in Lagos, killing at least 70 people.
