Cuba reports 988 COVID-19 infections, ten deaths

Havana, April 28 (RHC)’ Cuban health authorities reported 988 COVID-19 cases and ten deaths over the last 24 hours.

The Caribbean island now accumulates 21 441 diagnoses and 614 deaths due to the disease caused by the SARS-COV2 virus.

Havana reported 573 cases and was followed by Holguin with 110 and Matanzas with 96. Villa Clara and Ciego de Avila reported 1 and 3 cases respectively, while the Isle of Youth continued reporting zero cases.
