Ernesto Soberón, general director of Consular Affairs and Cuban Residents Abroad, affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs works to speed up legalizations

Havana, March 31 (RHC) Ernesto Soberón, general director of Consular Affairs and Cuban Residents Abroad, affirmed this Friday that the legalizations department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Minrex) works uninterruptedly, in coordination with the rest of the entities involved, to respond to the growing demand for this service.

Through his Twitter account, the official explained that there has been a 16 percent increase in legalizations compared to the same period last year 2022, so solutions are being sought to respond to this increase.

Soberón stated that despite the measures adopted, the time for the legalization of the documents is longer than usual. In this direction, all the necessary material means are allocated and guaranteed to carry out the entire process of legalization of the documents, added the diplomat. (Source: Prensa Latina)
