Havana, May 13 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel said that questions of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and his scandalous silence regarding the attack on the Cuban embassy in Washington, DC are growing.

"Cuba has spoken through its foreign minister.  Our denunciation is clear and has been exhaustively documented," the president wrote on his Twitter account referring to the press conference the day before by Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.

"We must ask the U.S. government what its motivations are for keeping silent about the event, keeping it away from public opinion and not issuing messages to stop acts like this one in compliance with its legal obligations as the host country of diplomatic missions," Rodriguez said the day before.
