Havana, July 27 (RHC)-' Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez announced that this week the Council of State will approve the norms related to the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives and that the challenge will be to harmonize these economic forms and link them to individual, but also social and state projects.

The Cuban leader made this announcement during a conversation he held  Monday with a group of young people at the end of voluntary work to commemorate National Rebellion Day.

The President also informed that, as part of the continuity of the socioeconomic strategy, in the coming days, a program called Agenda Cuba will be launched.

Representatives of the Government, the Party, and different sectors of society will explain the country's projections and clarify doubts.

He stressed that all this is continuity of what the Government was doing, as part of that strategy underway; these are issues that he mentioned in his closing speech of the 8th Party Congress.

In another moment of his exchange with the young people, Díaz-Canel Bermúdez stressed that Cuba has a deep-rooted cultural identity. There are shared values such as solidarity, friendship, brotherhood, bravery, and courage.

The way forward, he summarized, is to defend the Constitution, democracy, and rights, with more participation and taking advantage of the talent of all, with science and innovation as a pillar in the management of the Government.
