Cuba reports 2,364 new cases of Covid-19 and 38 deaths

Havana, October 14 (RHC)-- Cuba's Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) reported 38 fatalities from Covid-19 and 2 364 new cases of the disease at the close of  October 13.

Dr. Francisco Durán García, national director of Epidemiology,  informed Thursday that the patients diagnosed the day before are the result of 29 775 samples analyzed in the molecular biology laboratories of the national territory.

He said that 11 591confirmed cases remained hospitalized.

The Caribbean nation accumulates 928 684 people diagnosed with the disease since the onset of the disease in March 2020, and 7 994 deaths.
