London, October 29 (RHC)-- For the third Saturday in a row, pro-Palestine demonstrators packed the streets of central London to condemn the UK government's unequivocal support for Israel, demanding the cessation of Israeli aggression in Gaza.

Despite government attempts to delegitimize it, support for Palestinians is on the rise with hundreds of thousands of people taking to the streets of central London to raise awareness of what's happening in Gaza and to express solidarity with the Palestinians.

Sadiq Khan, London's labor mayor, has become the latest politician to call for a ceasefire, breaking ranks with the party leader, Keir Starmer. Starmer has said Israel reserved the right to cut all supplies to Gaza.

After weeks of banning pro Palestinian demonstrations, French trade unions led the second approved protest in Paris to denounce the increasing atrocities of Israel.

From Madrid to Milan and beyond, even in Germany, home to one of the largest Muslim communities in the EU, such protests have been restricted over what was described as anti-Semitism concerns.

As the war on Gaza rages on there is no sign of the emotions letting up or the demands that so many in Britain and elsewhere are making for their leaders to find a political solution to the crisis being met.
