Washington, July 12 (RHC)-- The Donald Trump administration has banned undocumented children in low-income families from receiving federal assistance from the Head Start program that provides federally funded educational, nutrition and healthcare services.
The National Head Start Association said in a statement: “Head Start programs strive to make every child feel welcome, safe and supported, and reject the characterization of any child as 'illegal.'”
