Havana, May 7 (RHC)-- A photo exhibition featuring works by Latin American and Caribbean artists was inaugurated Thursday at Casa de Argentina in Rome, attached to the Argentinian Embassy in the European country.

'Latinoamérica Inspira' is the title of the exhibition, comprising a total of 64 photos by artists from Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Uruguay.

Cuba is represented by artist Julio Larramendi, whose photos reflect Cuban culture, especially colorful, joyful festivities on the country’s cultural calendar like Parrandas de Remedios Festival, the carnival in eastern Santiago de Cuba and the Caribbean Festival, also in Santiago de Cuba.
